Olive Tree Trail HikeA route with views across Lake Lugano, on which a landscape reminiscent of the Mediterranean can be enjoyed. The trail winds between Castagnola and Gandria, passes across the remains of old olive groves and areas on which this prized tree is again being planted. Access to the trail is either in Castagnola (near the old community center) or in Gandria (near the parking lot above the village, at the main road).
